Cancellation Policy

All clients are required to attend their appointment alone due to limited space in my treatment room. There is no card machine on site so please bring cash on the day of treatment. Unfortunately lateness of more than 10 minutes will result in loss of appointment and deposit. All deposits are non refundable at the time of booking. 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule an appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment after booking please email rachel@theeyebrowarchitect.co.uk
